	We are a HUD Certified housing counseling agency.		We are longstanding members of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. As members, our counselors must pass rigorous certification process assuring that you work with best.
	We began in 1974 as Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Inland Empire (CCCS-IE). Technically we still are CCCS-IE but operate as Springboard to establish ourselves from other CCCS agencies. For more information click here.
