We are registered and licensed in the states that require credit counseling agencies to be licensed in addition to being registered to serve consumers residing in these states. Springboard offers in-person credit education and counseling for residents of California in the following cities:
Riverside, Palm Springs, Rosemead, San Bernardino, San Diego, Oceanside, Fresno, Bakersfield, and Santa Ana.

Springboard is continually adding additional states to our list of states where we are able to provide credit education and counseling to the residents. However, at the present time we are unable to serve residents of the following states:

Connecticut, Delaware, Guam, Kansas, Montana, Northern Mariana Islands, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virgin Islands, Virginia.
